A tasting, first
Come to the roastery, or we bring the beans to your bar. We taste through what is on the drums right now — on your grinder and your water where we can, because that is where it has to work.

We roast for cafes, restaurants and offices in bulk — the same small batches, off the same drums, as the bags on our own shelf. Tell us how you pour and we will build the order around it.
There is no separate wholesale coffee here. What arrives at your counter comes off the same twelve-kilo drums as everything else we sell: rotating single-origin lots from Ethiopia, Colombia and Guatemala, and a house blend built to hold its shape through milk.
We visit every farm we buy from and we name the growers on every bag, so your staff can answer the question your regulars always ask — where is this from, and who grew it.
Roasting is to order, in the week you drink it. Nothing waits in a warehouse for a wholesale pallet to fill up.

We suggest one coffee for you to pour every day: the one that suits your equipment, your milk and the way your regulars drink. It is a recommendation, not a rule — the last word is yours.
Once the blend is settled the order repeats every week, so nobody has to remember to place it. Change it, pause it, or add a single-origin lot for the guest bar whenever you like.
Your order is roasted after it is placed, not pulled off a shelf, and it leaves us within 48 hours of coming off the drum — still resting when it reaches you.
We quote per cafe, after an enquiry. There is no price list on this page and no minimum order to clear, because the honest answer depends on what you pour and how much of it goes through the bar in a week. Tell us that below and we will come back with numbers.
For your staffWe sit down with your baristas over the coffee you have chosen: dose, grind, water and timings, written down so it survives a busy Saturday and a new starter. When the lot changes, we come back and dial it in again.
For your menuYour cafe is offered the same single-origin lots our retail bags come from, in the same weeks they land. The coffee on your guest bar is the coffee people have just read about — and the bags on your shelf are the ones they can take home.
Four things is all we need to quote: who you are, where to write back, and a line about roughly how much coffee a week and where you are. A person reads every one of these.
